  • Chili sauce- two tablespoons.
  • Pizza sauce or ketchup – two tablespoons.

  • Melted butter – two tablespoons.

  • Bell paper red and yellow – slender, cut long.
  • Spinach – crushed.
  • Olive- a few.

Method of pizza recipe

When making pizza, first mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder well with your fingers.

Now mix the whole well with sugar.

Mix the dried ingredients well with yoghurt like bread flour. But we will not use water, instead we will make dough with yoghurt. And since there is no use of yeast, the use of yogurt is inevitable!

Butter for five minutes. You will see that the pulp is light, sticky.

Now mix oil and press again for five minutes. (It is very important that the paste is correct).

Now divide the dough into two equal parts. (We’ll make two 8-inch pizzas.

Apply dry flour to the two parts and make sand in a radius of seven inches.

Put oil in a baking pan and leave the sandy cage base (the bread part) and pierce it with a fork so that the pizza does not swell too much due to heat. Through the holes so that heat can escape.

Leave half an inch of space around and place the sauces on the base of the pizza.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Arrange toppings.

Now bake for 350 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 16.8 degrees Celsius, or until the pizza cheese is melted and crusted on the crust (except for half an inch around it).

If you don’t have an oven, place a metal ring or bowl with a pinch of salt in a deep frying pan, place the pizza on a steel plate, cover well and steam for ten minutes. Then open it, and see until the pizza is well baked.
